Integrating PagerDuty with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with PagerDuty, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, workspace name, and timestamp of account creation and updation.
Note: Josys supports multiple PagerDuty integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A PagerDuty admin account.
- An API Key for integration.
Locating the API Key
Step 1: Log in to PagerDuty using an admin account.
Step 2: From the Integrations tab, click API Access Keys. Click Create New API Key.
Step 3: Enter a suitable name for the API Key and then click Create Key.
Step 4: Copy the API Key to use it later in the integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select PagerDuty from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Key copied in the previous section. Click Next to proceed.
Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
