Brevo Integeration

Integrating Brevo with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.


 

Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with Brevo, you can:

  • View: List of user accounts, including their status and roles, along with the details of user's ownership in the Marketing platform, Conversations, Sales platform, and cloud phone.


Note: Josys supports multiple Brevo integrations.



Prerequisites  


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Brevo Admin Account.
  • Marketing plan (Free, Starter, Business, or BrevoPlus), the Conversation plan (Free, Pro, or Sales), or the Platforms plan (Free or Sales).
  • An API Key for integration.


Locating API Key 


Step 1. Log in to Brevo using an admin account. Click SMTP & API from the User Profile menu at the top-right



Step 2. Click Generate a new API Key. 



Step 3. Enter the API key name and click Generate.


Step 4. Copy the API key.



Steps to Integrate 

 

Step 1: Select Brevo from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

 

 

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Key copied in the previous section and click Next to proceed.



 

Step 3After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
