Expensify Integration

Integrating Expensify with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts. 



Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with Expensify, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, and user group policy details.


Note: Josys supports multiple Expensify integrations.


 

Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • An Expensify admin account
  • A Collect or Control plan
  • The Partner User ID and Partner User Secret


Locating the Partner User ID and Partner User Secret


Step 1: Log in to Expensify using an admin account.


Step 2: Go to https://www.expensify.com/tools/integrations/  and copy the Partner User ID and Partner User Secret to use them later in the integration steps.



Steps to Integrate

 

Step 1: Select Expensify from the App Catalog in the Apps section.



Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Partner User ID and Partner User Secret copied in the previous section. Click Next to proceed.



Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
