Freshbooks Integration

Integrating Freshbooks with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.


 

Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with Freshbooks, you can:

  • View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, and the timestamp of account creation and updation. 


Note: Josys supports multiple Freshbooks integrations.


Prerequisites  


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Freshbooks Admin Account.
  • Lite, Plus, or Premium plan.
  • A Business Name for integration.



Locating the Business Name 


Log in to Freshbooks using an admin account. Find the Business Name in the left navigation menu. 




Steps to Integrate 

 

Step 1: Select Freshbooks from the App Catalog in the Apps section.


 


 

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Business Name and click Next to proceed.



 

Step 3After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
