Modified on Tue, 27 May at 5:14 AM

To view and manage the integrated apps:

Step 1: Click Managed Apps from the Apps section. The Managed Apps screen displays the Integrated Apps by default. You can view the total number of accounts associated with the app under the Accounts column. For example, 1Password has 50 user accounts associated with it.

Step 2: Click on the corresponding application to perform the required actions, such as view active users, edit, reintegrate, delete, view additional information, and open a link in a new tab. Click the app to view the user associated with the app.

Step 3: All associated users' details will be displayed as shown in the image below.

Step 4: Select the user profile to view its account details. Click Manage Accounts to perform actions like deleting user accounts from the app, and click Add to provision the app to the corresponding user profile.

View Managed Apps with Filters

The Filter option allows you to quickly filter the app's details based on the App Owner, Subscription End Date, Shadow Users, Licenses, and Monthly Expenses.

Filter Options:

  • App Owner allows you to filter the app details based on its respective app owner. You can also select "Blank" to view the apps without app owner.

  • Subscription End Date allows you to filter the app details based on their subscription end date to help in identifying the apps with upcoming expirations or renewals.

  • Shadow Users allows you to filter the app details based on whether the app has shadow users available or unavailable.

  • Monthly Expense allows you to filter the app details based on whether the expense data is available to track the apps incurring costs or without expense data.
