IT Admin can export CSV files to the Josys application to load the app data. To export the CSV files, perform the following steps.
Step 1: After logging in to the Josys platform, select Discovered Apps from the Apps section.
Step 2: Select the corresponding app to export data. Click Export.
To know more about selecting an app, refer to "Identifying Shadow Users".
Step 3: You can view the exported CSV files from Schedule Tasks. Click Completed, and select Export details to a file to download the account details.
Step 4: Click Download CSV File to complete the process.
