Perform the following steps to integrate the Integrable App:
Step 1: Select Discovered Apps from the Apps section.
For example, to integrate the Figma app, select View Details. To locate the View Details option, click on the data in the Last Use column.
You can identify the integrable app with thisicon or use Type Filter to search for the Integrable App.
Step 2: On clicking the View Details of the Figma app, the app details screen opens.
Step 3: You can integrate the app in two ways:
- Click the Integrate App button under the Accounts tab to integrate an app.
- Click the Integrate App tab. Refer to the Figma Integration to learn about the integration steps. You can learn about other integrations from Apps & Integrations.
Step 4: Use the search field to search for the user using the account ID. Click the user to view its details.
Step 5: You can save all the user account details using the Export button. The details will be saved as .CSV file and the status of the tasks can be tracked and the file can be downloaded from the Schedule Tasks.
After you have integrated the app, you can manage it from the Overview of Integrated Apps section.
