Salesforce Integration

Integrate Salesforce with Josys to:

  1. Fetch User Accounts 
  2. View and Modify User License 
  3. Monitor Privileged Access and 
  4. Track Application Usage


  • You are required to have a Salesforce account with System Administrator profile.

Steps to integrate:

Sign in to the Josys portal with your Josys credentials to initiate the integration process.

Step 1: Go to Apps tab on the side panel, and select Apps Catalogue.


Step 2: Select Salesforce and initiate a new integration.

Step 3: Enter an appropriate label to identify the integration and click Next

Step 4:  Sign in using an account having admin privileges.. Follow the steps prompted to complete the integration after which accounts will be retrieved from Salesforce and will be associated with users on Josys. 

Please note that this process may take some time, depending on the total volume of data.
