Lucidchart Integration

Integrating Lucidchart with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts. 



Key benefits  


When you integrate Josys with Lucidchart, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status and roles.
 

Note: Josys supports multiple Lucidchart integrations.


Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Lucidchart admin account 
  • The Client ID and Client Secret
  • The Team or Enterprise plan

 

Locating the Client ID and Client Secret

 

Step 1Log in to Lucidchart using an admin account. Select General from the App integration menu and click Settings. 


 

Step 2: Click Go to developer portal 



Step 3: Click New Application. 



 Step 4Enter the Name to identify the application and click Create.


 


Step 5: In the OAuth 2.0 section, enter the Name, and then click Create OAuth 2.0 client. 



 Step 6Copy the Client ID and Client Secret to use them later in the integration steps.


 


 Step 7Click Add Redirect URL.


 


 Step 8: Enter the following Redirect URL in the given textbox and click Add.

Steps to Integrate

 Step 1: Select Lucidchart from the App Catalog in the Apps section.




Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Client ID and Client Secret as copied in the previous section. Click Next to proceed.


 

Step 3: Log in to Lucidchart using an admin account. Follow the guided steps to authorize Josys and complete the integration.



Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
