Integrating Lucidchart with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Lucidchart, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status and roles.
Note: Josys supports multiple Lucidchart integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Lucidchart admin account
- The Client ID and Client Secret
- The Team or Enterprise plan
Locating the Client ID and Client Secret
Step 1: Log in to Lucidchart using an admin account. Select General from the App integration menu and click Settings.
Step 2: Click Go to developer portal.
Step 3: Click New Application.
Step 4: Enter the Name to identify the application and click Create.
Step 5: In the OAuth 2.0 section, enter the Name, and then click Create OAuth 2.0 client.
Step 6: Copy the Client ID and Client Secret to use them later in the integration steps.
Step 7: Click Add Redirect URL.
Step 8: Enter the following Redirect URL in the given textbox and click Add.

Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Lucidchart from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Client ID and Client Secret as copied in the previous section. Click Next to proceed.
Step 3: Log in to Lucidchart using an admin account. Follow the guided steps to authorize Josys and complete the integration.
Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
