Integrating Zoho Mail with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Zoho Mail, you can:
- View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, timestamp of user's last login, timestamp of account creation, activation status of user's email settings, and two-factor authentication for each user.
Note: Josys supports multiple Zoho Mail integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Zoho Mail admin account.
- Mail Lite, Workplace, or Mail Premium plan.
- An Organization ID.
Locating the Organization ID
Log into Zoho Mail using an admin account. Click Organization, and select Profile. Copy the Organization ID.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Zoho Mail from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Organization ID. Click Next to proceed.
Step 3: Log in to Zoho Mail using an admin account. Follow the guided steps to authorize Josys and complete the integration.
Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
