Zoho Mail Integration

Integrating Zoho Mail with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts. 



Key benefits  

When you integrate Josys with Zoho Mail, you can:

  • View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, timestamp of user's last login, timestamp of account creation, activation status of user's email settings, and two-factor authentication for each user.

Note: Josys supports multiple Zoho Mail integrations.



Prerequisites 


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Zoho Mail admin account.
  • Mail Lite, Workplace, or Mail Premium plan.
  • An Organization ID.



Locating the Organization ID

 

Log into Zoho Mail using an admin account. Click Organization, and select Profile. Copy the Organization ID


 

 


Steps to Integrate


Step 1: Select Zoho Mail from the App Catalog in the Apps section.



Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Organization ID. Click Next to proceed.  


 

Step 3Log in to Zoho Mail using an admin account. Follow the guided steps to authorize Josys and complete the integration. 



Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
