Integrating Webex with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the account details.
Note: Josys supports multiple Webex integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Webex admin account
- A registered company email address domain name
- An Organization name
- A Starter, Business, or Enterprise plan
Locating the Organization name
Log in to Webex using an admin account. Navigate to the Account under Management and copy the Organization's name for later use in the integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Webex from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the organization name copied in the previous section and click Next to proceed.
Step 3: Log in to Webex using an account with admin privileges. Follow the prompted steps to authorize Josys and complete the integration.
Step 4: After the integration is complete it takes a few minutes to sync data. Now, view and perform actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
