We are happy to announce significant improvements to the HubSpot integration. These enhancements address previous issues and introduce new features for an improved experience.
To continue managing HubSpot on Josys along these enhancements, please re-integrate your existing HubSpot integrations.
Enhancements Introduced
1. Exclusion of Deactivated Accounts:
Previously, deactivated accounts on HubSpot were imported into Josys and displayed as active. This was due to limitations in the HubSpot API, which Josys leverages to support the integration.
With this update, deactivated accounts will no longer be imported, ensuring that only active accounts are displayed and managed within Josys. This change will provide more accurate data representation and reduce potential misunderstandings.
2. Usage Information:
This update introduces account usage information, allowing you to easily identify underutilized HubSpot accounts and take necessary actions.
3. Access Review:
You can now gain insights into accounts with privileged access on Hubspot and modify these privileges directly within Josys.
Re-integration Required
To continue using Hubspot integration along with these additional enhancements, you must reintegrate your HubSpot integration. Current integration will experience errors if they are not reintegrated. Please make sure to complete the reintegration process to maintain seamless functionality and access to the enhanced features.
