The Josys Browser Extension acts as a discovery source for identifying the use of the SaaS applications. By seamlessly installing the extension on the end user's browser, the extension monitors, analyzes, and collects the SaaS apps data being used. This extension helps the organization identify the Shadow IT and unauthorized app usage. By utilizing this extension, the organization can optimize the saas app usage and enforce compliance by providing direct insight into the SaaS app usage.

Key Features and Benefits

  1. Shadow IT Detection: By installing the extension, the IT Admin can identify the unauthorized apps being used by the employees in the organization, thus enabling IT Admins to mitigate potential IT risks.
  2. Real-Time SaaS Usage Insights: The actionable insights help the IT Admins to identify the SaaS apps being used and make informed decisions regarding the licenses and app management.
  3. Seamless Browser Integration: Josys supports Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browser extensions for the installation of the browser extension.
