Integrating Pointagram with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Pointagram, you can view user account details, including their status and roles.
Note: Josys supports multiple Pointagram integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Pointagram admin account
- The Username and API Key for integration
- A Free, Plus, Pro, or Pro Plus plan.
Locating the API Key
Step 1: Log in to Pointagram using an admin account.
Step 2: From the User menu, select the Organization Settings.
Step 3: Click Integration.
Step 4: Click Custom to create an API.
Step 5: Click ADD KEY to create a new API key.
Step 6: Copy the Authentication key to use it later in the integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Pointagram from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Username used to log in to Pointagram.
Step 3: Enter the API Key copied in the earlier section and click Next to proceed.
Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
