Integrating Lark with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Lark, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, department, and designation.
Note: Josys supports multiple Lark integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Lark admin account
- A Starter, Pro, or an Enterprise plan
- The Client ID and Client Secret details
Get the Client ID and Client Secret
Step 1: Log in to Lark using an admin account. Click Create App.
Step 2: Click Create Custom App.
Step 3: Enter a Name and Description for the app, and select or upload a desired Icon. Click Create.
Step 4: Select the Permissions & Scopes option from Development Configuration. Enter the following scopes and click Add in bulk.

Step 5: Click Confirm.
Step 6: Select the Security Settings option from Development Configuration. Enter the following Redirect URL and click Add.

Step 7: Select the Version Management & Release option from App Versions and click Create a version.
Step 8: Enter the App version, Update Notes, and click Save.
Step 9: Click Submit for release.
Step 10: Select the Credentials & Basic Info option from Basic Info. Copy the App Id and App Secret to use later in the integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Lark from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Client ID and Client Secret as copied in the previous section. Click Next to proceed.
Step 3: Log in to Lark using an admin account. Follow the guided steps to authorize Josys and complete the integration.
Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
