Integrating Procore with Josys lets the IT Admin view and manage user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Procore, you can:
- View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, and timestamps for the user account creation.
- Perform Actions: Add and deactivate user accounts.
Note: Josys supports multiple Procore integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Procore admin account
- A Client ID, Client Secret, Redirect URL, and Company ID.
- A Team plan
Locating Client ID, Client Secret, and Company ID
Step 1: Log in to Procore using an account with admin privileges.
Step 2: Navigate to My Apps and click Create a New App.
Step 3: Enter an App Name in the given field and click Create App.
Step 4: In App Management, locate OAuth Credentials. Copy the Client ID, Client Secret, and Company ID from the Sandbox URL from the Sandbox OAuth Credentials to use later in the integration steps.
For example, if the Sandbox URL is https://sandbox.procore.com/1234567/company/home, then 1234567 is the Company ID.
Step 5: Enter the following URL in the Redirect URL field and click Update.

Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Procore from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field.
Step 3: Enter the Client ID, Client Secret, and Company ID copied from the previous section in their respective fields.
Step 4: Click Next to proceed.
Step 5: Click Allow to authorize the integration.
Step 6 After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
