Set up Asana integration to visualize and manage accounts.
Prerequisites:
- You are required to have an Asana account with admin privileges.
Steps to integrate:
Sign in to the Josys portal with your Josys credentials to initiate the integration process.
Step 1: Go to Apps tab on the side panel, and select Apps Catalogue
Step 2: Select Asana and initiate a new integration.
Step 3: Enter an appropriate label to identify the integration and enter the Organization or Workspace that you would like to integrate with and click Next.
Step 4: Sign in using an account having admin privileges.. Follow the steps prompted to complete the integration after which accounts from the woorkspace/ organization entered in step 3 will be retrieved from asana and will be associated with users on Josys. Please note that this process may take some time, depending on the total volume of data.
