Integrating with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts. 

Key benefits

When you integrate Josys with, you can:

  • View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, titles, teams, date and time of the user's recent activity, and when account was created.

Note: Josys supports multiple integrations.



Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

Steps to Integrate


Step 1: Select from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Token copied in the earlier section and click Next to proceed.  

Step 3: After the integration is completed, it takes a few minutes to sync the data. Now, you can view and perform actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
