Google Cloud Platform Integration

Integrating the Google Cloud Platform with Josys enables the IT Admin to view user accounts. 

Key benefits  

When you integrate Josys with the Google Cloud Platform, you can:

• View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, and project name.
  
  

Note: Josys supports multiple Google Cloud Platform integrations.

Prerequisites

Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

• An IAM account 
• A Project ID

Locating the Project ID

Step 1: Log in to Google Cloud using admin account credentials. 

Step 2: Open the Project list.

Step 3: Select the project from the list and copy the respective Project ID for later use in the integration steps.

Steps to Integrate

 
Step 1: Select Google Cloud Platform from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Project ID copied in the earlier section and click Sign in with Google. 

Step 3: Log in to Google Cloud Platform using an admin account. Follow the guided steps to authorize Josys and complete the integration.

Step 4: As the integration is complete, allow time for data synchronization. All users associated with the project whose Project ID was entered are imported during the integration. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
