Integrating JumpCloud with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the account details.   

Key benefits

When you integrate Josys with JumpCloud, you can view a consolidated list of all user accounts and their details such as user status, roles, creation date, MFA status, and password expiration details. 

Note: Josys supports multiple JumpCloud integrations.

Prerequisites

Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

• A JumpCloud admin account
• An API Key
• The Device Management, SSO, Core Directory, Platform, or Platform Prime plan

Locating the API Key

Step 1: Log in to JumpCloud using an admin account. Navigate to Settings and click the Administrators tab. 

Step 2: Click the user's name and select the Enable API access checkbox from Edit Administrator. Click Save.

Step 2: Go to the User Profile and click My API Key. 

Step 3: Click Generate New API Key.

Step 4: Copy the API Key for later use in the integration steps. 

Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Jumpcloud from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Key copied in the previous section. Click Next to proceed.

Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
