Integrating LastPass with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with LastPass, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status and roles.
Note: Josys supports only one LastPass integration.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A LastPass admin account.
- Business Plan for integration
- Company ID and API Token
Locating the Company ID and API token
Step 1: Log in to LastPass using an admin account.
Step 2: Select the User Profile at the top-right and copy the Account number to use later in the integration steps.

Step 1: Log in to LastPass using an admin account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Advanced tab and select the Enterprise API from the left navigation menu.
Step 3: If you have already created a provisioning hash but don't remember, then click Reset your provisioning hash.
Step 4: Copy the Provisioning hash to use later in the integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select LastPass from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Enter the Account Number in the Company ID field and Provisioning Hash in the API Token field that is copied in the previous section. Click Next to proceed.
Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
