Acronis Integration

Integrating Acronis with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts. 



Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with Acronis, you can view user account details, including their status, roles, the timestamp of account creation and updation, and two-factor authentication-enabled status.


Note: Josys supports multiple Acronis integrations.


 

Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • An Acronis admin account.
  • The Data Center URL, Client ID, and the Client Secret. 
  • A Business or Cloud plan for integration.

 

Locating Data Center URL, Client ID, and Client Secret 


Step 1: Log in to the Acronis service page and click Management Portal from the top-right menu. 



 Step 2: Select API clients under the Settings menu and click Create API client to create a new client.



Step 3: Enter the name of the API client and click Next



Step 4: Copy the Client ID, Secret, and Data center URL. You will use these in the integration steps.




Steps to Integrate

 

Step 1: Select Acronis from the App Catalog in the Apps section.



Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the earlier copied values of the URL, ID, and Secret in the respective fields as represented below. Click Next to proceed.  



Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
