Egnyte Integration

Integrating Egnyte with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts. 



Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with Egnyte, you can:

  • View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, service account status, date and time when the account was created or updated, when the user was active last, and the authentication type.


Note: Josys supports multiple Egnyte integrations.


 

Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • An Egnyte admin account
  • Business, Enterprise Lite, or Enterprise Business plan
  • A valid domain name 


Steps to Integrate

 

Step 1: Select Egnyte from the App Catalog in the Apps section.



Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Domain Name.


You can get the domain name from the Egnyte admin URL. For example, if the admin URL is https://yourapp.egnyte.com/, then the domain name is yourapp.


Click Next to proceed.




Step 3: Log in to Egnyte using an admin account. Follow the guided steps to authorize Josys and complete the integration. 



Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
