Kommo Integration

Integrating Kommo with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the accounts.   



Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with Kommo, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, and groups. 


Note: Josys supports multiple Kommo integrations.



Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Kommo admin account
  • The Subdomain, Client ID, and Client Secret.
  • A Base, Advanced, or Enterprise plan.


Locating the Client ID and Client Secret


Step 1: Log in to Kommo using an admin account. Select Integrations from the Settings menuClick Create Integrations.


Step 2: Enter the following Redirect URL in the respective field.

https://app.josys.it/admin/integrations/callback/kommo


Step 3: Select Allow Access and enter a name and description to identify the integration. Click Save.

 

Step 4: Copy the Secret key and Integration ID to use them later during the integration.


 Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Kommo from the App Catalog in the Apps section.


Step 2: Provide a suitable Label. Enter the Subdomain in the respective field.

Note: If the URL is https://yourdomain.kommo.com/, then yourdomain is your Subdomain.


Step 3: Enter the Integration ID in the Client ID field and the Secret key in the Client Secret field copied in the previous section. Click Next to proceed.



Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
