Incident.io Integration

Integrating Incident.io with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.


 

Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with Incident.io, you can view the list of user accounts, including their status and roles.


Note: Josys supports multiple Incident.io integrations.


Prerequisites  


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • An Incident.io Admin Account
  • Starter, Pro, or Enterprise plan
  • An API key for integration



Locating the API Key


Step 1. Log in to Incident.io using an admin account. Click API keys from the Settings menu. Click Add new to create a new API.



Step 2. Enter the name for the API key and click Create. 


Step 3. Copy the API key to use later in the integration steps.





Steps to Integrate 

 

Step 1: Select Incident.io from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

 


Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Key copied in the previous section and click Next to proceed.



Step 3After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
