Integrating Opsgenie with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Opsgenie, you can view the list of user accounts, including their status and roles, and the account creation timestamp.
Note: Josys supports multiple Opsgenie integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- An Opsgenie Admin Account
- Free, Essentials, Standard, or Enterprise plan
- An API key for integration
Locating the API Key
Step 1. Log in to Opsgenie using an admin account. In the Settings menu, locate API key management, and then click Add new API key.
Step 2. Enter the name for the API key and copy the API Key to use later in the integration steps. Click Add API key to save the key.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Opsgenie from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Select the Region, enter the API Key copied in the previous section, and click Next to proceed.
Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
