Integrating Kaiten with Josys enables the IT Admin to view user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Kaiten, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, access details, and timestamps for the user account creation.
Note: Josys supports multiple Kaiten integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Kaiten admin account
- A Domain and an API Key
- A Free, Standard, or PRO plan
Locating the API Key
Step 1: Log in to Kaiten using an account with admin privileges.
Step 2: Navigate to the User Profile and select the Profile Settings.
Step 3: Click Reset Key under the API Access Key section to generate a new API Key.
Step 4: Copy the API Key for later use in the integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Kaiten from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field.
Step 3: Enter the Domain in the respective field.
Note: Example of Domain- If the Kaiten URL is https://abc-app-dev.kaiten.ru/, then abc-app-dev is the domain.
Step 4: Enter the API Key copied in the previous section and click Next to proceed.
Step 5: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
