Planview AgilePlace Integration

Integrating Planview AgilePlace with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts. 



Key benefits  

When you integrate Josys with Planview AgilePlace, you can view the list of user accounts, including their status, roles, and the timestamp of the user's last login and account creation.

Note: Josys supports multiple Planview AgilePlace integrations.



Prerequisites 


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Planview AgilePlace admin account
  • AgilePlace for Scaled Teams plan
  • The Subdomain and API Token


Locating the API Key 


Step 1: Log in to Planview AgilePlace using an admin account.


Step 2: From the User menu, select API Tokens.



Step 3: Click Create Token to create a new token.



Step 4: Enter a name for the token and click Create.



Step 5: Click Copy Token to copy the token.




Steps to Integrate


Step 1: Select Planview AgilePlace from the App Catalog in the Apps section.



Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Subdomain in the respective field. 


 For example, if the URL is https://myorganization.leankit.com/, then my-organization is the subdomain.



Step 3: Enter the API token copied in the previous section and click Next to proceed.


 

Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
