Integrating SyncSketch with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage accounts.

Key benefits

When you integrate Josys with SyncSketch, you can:

  • View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, project, and timestamp of account creation and updation.
  • Perform actions: Add and delete user accounts.

Note: Josys supports multiple SyncSketch integrations.

Prerequisites

Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A SyncSketch admin account
  • An API Username, API Key, and Account ID.
  • An Enterprise Plan.

Locating the API Key and Account ID

Step 1: Log in to SyncSketch using an admin account. Navigate to User Profile and select your Workspace.

Step 2: From the API tab, click Create new Script User.

Step 3: On the following screen, enter a username to identify the integration. You can optionally provide a description.

Step 4: Select the Project for which you want to provide the access permissions and click Create API Key.

Step 5: Copy the API Key for later use in the integration steps.

Step 6: After creating the API key, copy the API username for later use in the integration steps.

Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select SyncSketch from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Username and API key copied in the previous section.

Step 3: Enter the Account ID in the respective field.

Step 4: Click Next to proceed.

Step 5: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
