Airtable Integration

Integrating Airtable with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage the user's accounts.


Key benefits  

When you integrate Josys with Airtable, you can:

  • View: List of user accounts, including their login id, status, and roles.
  • Perform actions: Create, delete, and deactivate user accounts.

Note: Josys supports multiple Airtable integrations.



Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • An Airtable admin account
  • A Personal Access Token
  • A Business plan



Locating the Personal Access Token


Step 1: Log in to Airtable using an admin account. Click the Builder hub in the left navigation menu.



Step 2: Select Personal access tokens from Developers and click Create new token



Step 3: Provide a name for identification of the token, select enterprise.scim.usersAndGroups:manage from the Scope options, and click Create token



Step 4: Click Copy to Clipboard to copy the Personal access token for later use in the integration steps and click Done.





Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Airtable from the App Catalog in the Apps section.



Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Personal access token copied in the previous section.


Step 3: Click Next to proceed.



Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
