Jicoo Integration

Integrating Jicoo with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage accounts.


Key benefits  

When you integrate Josys with Jicoo, you can:

  • View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, and timestamp of account creation and updation.  
  • Perform action: Delete user accounts.

Note: Josys supports multiple Jicoo integrations.



Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Jicoo admin account
  • An API Key
  • A Free, Pro, Team, or Enterprise



Locating the API Key


Step 1: Log in to Jicoo using an admin account. Navigate to Settings and select Integrations under Account Settings.



Step 2: Select API.



Step 4: Click Create API Key.




Step 5: Provide a name for identification of the API Key and click Submit



Step 6: Click API to copy the API Key for later use in the integration steps. 



Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Jicoo from the App Catalog in the Apps section.



Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API key copied in the previous section.


Step 3: Click Next to proceed.



Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section
