Integrating GoSquared with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the accounts details.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with GoSquared, you can view a list of user accounts, including details such as their status, and roles.
Note: Josys supports multiple GoSquared integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A GoSquared admin account
- An API Key
- A Site Token/ Project Token
- A Starter, Standard, or Pro plan
Locating the API Key and Project Token
Step 1. Log in to GoSquared using an admin account. Select API Access from Your Account section. Click Add a new API Key.
Step 2. Provide a name for the API Key and enable the Read Account option. Click Add API Key.
Step 3: Copy the API Key for later use in the integration steps.
Step 4. From the Current Project menu, go to the General tab and locate the Project Token section. Copy the Project Token for later use in the integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select GoSquared from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Project Token and API Key copied in the previous section. Click Next to proceed.
Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
