Enabling/Disabling Okta as an External Data Source

Integrating Okta as an external data source in Josys allows synchronization of the user profiles.

Prerequisites

Before you begin linking Okta as an External Data source, ensure you have integrated the Okta app. Learn the integration steps from Okta Integration.

Linking Okta

Step 1: Go to Settings and select External Data Sources. Under Single Sign-On (SSO), click Link from Okta.

Step 2: Select the Okta integration instance from the Integration dropdown, then click Link Okta.

Step 3: When the linking is completed, the following screen appears. Now, the user profiles from Okta will be synchronized in Josys under Discovered Apps.

Unlinking Okta

You can also unlink Okta as an External Data Source. To unlink:

Step 1: Click in Okta and select Unlink.

This will unlink Okta from Josys.
