Integrating Desknet's NEO with Josys enables the IT Admin to view users' accounts.

When you integrate Josys with Desknet's NEO, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, and groups.

Note: Josys supports multiple Desknet's NEO integrations.

Prerequisites

Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

• A Desknet's NEO admin account
• A Subdomain
• A Cloud or Package version plan

Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Desknet's NEO from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. 

Step 3: Enter the Subdomain in the respective field. You can find the subdomain in the login URL.

For example, if your login URL is https://abc-subdomain.dn-cloud.com/cgi-bin/dneo/dneo.cgi, then the abc-subdomain is your subdomain.

Step 4: Enter your Desknet's NEO Login ID and Password that you used to access your Desknet's NEO account in the respective fields.

Step 5: Click Next to proceed.

Step 6: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
