CloudGate UNO Integration

Integrating CloudGate UNO with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage the user accounts.   



Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with CloudGate UNO, you can

  • View: List of user accounts, including their status and roles.
  • Perform actions: Add and delete a user account.


Note: Josys supports multiple CloudGate UNO integrations.



Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A CloudGate UNO admin account
  • An Access token request URL, Base URL, Client ID, Client Secret, Realm Name, and Tenant Name.



Locating the Access token request URL, Base URL, Client ID, and Client Secret


Step 1: Log in to CloudGate UNO using an account with admin privileges and select API Access from the left navigation bar.


Step 2: Click the Add new API client.

 


Step 3: Provide a name for the API Client and click OK. 



Step 4: Copy the Client ID, Client secret, and Access token request URL for later use in the integration steps.


Step 5: Select scopes for User, Organization Unit, and Security Profile and click Save.




Locating the Realm Name


Step 1: In CloudGate UNO, go to the Settings menu and select Realm Management.


Step 2: Copy the Realm Name for later use in the integration steps.

 




Locating the Tenant's Name


Step 1: In CloudGate UNO, go to the Information menu and select Contract Information.


Step 2: Copy the Customer ID for later use in the integration steps.

 



Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select CloudGate UNO from the App Catalog in the Apps section.


Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field

Step 3: Enter the Access token request URL copied in the previous section.

Step 4: Enter your login URL in the Base URL field. For example, if your CloudGate UNO URL is https://abcdefg.cloudgate.jp, enter this URL in the Base URL field.

Step 5: Enter the Client ID, Client Secret, Realm Name, and Tenant Name copied in the previous sections in the respective fields and click Next to proceed.


Step 6: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
