Pingdom Integration

Integrating Pingdom with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.   



Key benefits


Integrating Josys with Pingdom lets you view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, and teams.


Note: Josys supports multiple Pingdom integrations.



Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Pingdom admin account
  • An API Token
  • Pro or Default plan



Locating the API Token


Step 1: Log in to Pingdom using an account with admin privileges.


Step 2: Navigate to Settings in the navigation menu and select the Pingdom API option. 



Step 3: Enter the Name for the API token and click the Generate token.



Step 4: Copy the API  token for later use in the integration steps.





Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Pingdom from the App Catalog in the Apps section.


Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field

Step 3: Enter the API Token copied in the previous section in its respective field and click Next to proceed.


Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
