Redis Cloud Integration

Integrating Redis Cloud with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts. 

Key benefits

When you integrate Josys with Redis Cloud, you can view user account details, including their status, and roles, along with the following information:

• Account creation date and time
• Multi-factor authentication status
• Billing email status (alerts for issued or paid bills)
• Operational email status (alerts for subscription and database changes)
• Alert email status (notifications related to threshold breaches)

Note: Josys supports multiple Redis Cloud integrations.

Prerequisites

Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

• A Redis Cloud admin account.
  
• The API key (Account key) and API Secret key (User key) for integration. 
• The Free, Fixed, Flexible, or Annual plan.

Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Redis Cloud from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Key (Account Key) and API Secret Key (User Key) copied in the earlier section and click Next to proceed.  

Step 3: After the integration is completed, it takes a few minutes to sync the data. Now, you can view and perform actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
