Integrating GoTo Resolve with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with GoTo Resolve, you can view a list of user accounts, including details such as their status, roles, products, and groups.
Note: Josys supports multiple GoTo Resolve integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A GoTo Resolve admin account
- An Account Key
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select GoTo Resolve from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Account Key of your GoTo Resolve account in the corresponding field. Click Next to proceed.
You can get the Account Key from the GoTo Resolve admin URL. For example, if the admin URL is https://admin.goto.com/1234567890123456789/, then the Account Key is 1234567890123456789.
Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
