Integrating xMatters with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.

Key benefits

When you integrate Josys with xMatters, you can view the list of user accounts, including their status, roles, type of license, user site, timestamp of user's last login, timestamp of account creation and updation, and the user group.
