Integrating Toggl Track with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Toggl Track, you can:
- View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, and user's associated group and workspace.
Note: Josys supports multiple Toggl Track integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Toggl Track Admin Account.
- Free, Starter, Premium, or Enterprise plan.
- API Key and Organization ID for integration.
Locating API Token
Log in to Toggl Track using an admin account. Go to Profile, select Profile settings, and scroll down to locate the API Token. Copy the API Token.
Locating Organization ID
Log in to the Toggl Track admin account and select Organization from the navigation menu. This will display the Organization ID in the URL. Copy the Organization ID.
For example, in the URL https://track.toggl.com/organization/yourorganizationid/team, yourorganizationid is the organization id.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Toggl Track from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Key and Organization ID copied in the previous sections. Click Next to proceed.
Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
