Integrating StarConnect with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with StarConnect, you can
- View: List of user accounts, including their status and roles.
- Perform action: Send an email to another user.
Note: Josys supports multiple StarConnect integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A StarConnect super admin account
- A Host URL and Tenant ID
- A Bronze, Gold, or Silver plan.
Locating the Host URL and Tenant ID
Step 1: Log in to StarConnect using an account with super admin privileges.
Step 2: Select the License option from the menu bar.
Step 3: Copy the Base URL and Tenant ID from the Integration Service to use later in the integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select StarConnect from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field.
Step 3: Enter the Base URL that you copied in the previous section in the Host URL field.
Step 4: Enter the Username and Password for your StarConnect super admin account
Step 5: Enter the Tenant ID that you copied in the previous section into the corresponding field and click Next.
Step 6: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
