OnepageCRM Integration

Integrating OnepageCRM with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts. 



Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with OnepageCRM, you can view user account details, including their status and roles.


Note: Josys supports multiple OnepageCRM integrations.


Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • An OnepageCRM admin account
  • The User ID and API Key for integration 
  • A Business or Professional plan

 

Locating the User ID and API Key 


Step 1: Log in to OnepageCRM using an admin account.


Step 2: From the User menu, select Apps and Integrations.



 Step 3: Click on the API section. 



Step 4: Click the Configuration tab, and copy the User ID to use it later in the integration steps. 


Step 5: Click Show API key to copy an existing API key. Click Generate new API key for a new API key.



Step 6: Copy the API key to use later in the integration steps.





Steps to Integrate

 

Step 1: Select OnepageCRM from the App Catalog in the Apps section.


Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the User ID and API Key copied in the earlier section and click Next to proceed.  


Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
