Integrating Workable with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the account details.

Key benefits  

When you integrate Josys with Workable, you can view a list of user accounts, including their details such as their status and roles.

Note: Josys supports multiple Workable integrations.

Prerequisites

Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

• A Workable admin account
• The API Key and Subdomain

Locating the Client ID and Client Secret

Step 1: Log in to Workable using an admin account. From the User Profile option, click Settings.

Step 2: From the Integrations section, click Apps, and then click Generate API token.

Step 3: Enter an appropriate Name for identifying the API Key. Click the Generate Token button to proceed.

Note: After clicking the generate button, you will be directed to the Generate API token form. Here, you need to select the checkbox to choose: r_candidates.

Step 4: Copy the API Token, as you will use them in the further integration steps.

Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Workable from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Key copied in the previous step.

Step 3: Enter the Subdomain in the respective field. Click Next to proceed. 

For example, if the URL is https://example.workable.com, then the example is the subdomain.

Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
