Sage HR Integration

Integrating Sage HR with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage the user accounts.   



Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with Sage HR, you can

  • View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, and timestamp of the user account creation.
  • Perform actions: Add a user account and send an email to another user.


Note: Josys supports multiple Sage HR integrations.



Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Sage HR admin account
  • A Subdomain and an API Key.
  • Core HR and Leave Management or Optional add-ons can be added to the plan



Locating the API Key


Step 1: Log in to Sage HR with an account that has admin privileges.


Step 2: Click Integrations in the bottom-left of the screen, then select the API. 


Step 3: Click the Enable API access.



Step 4: Copy the API key for later use in the integration steps.






Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Sage HR from the App Catalog in the Apps section.


Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field

Step 3: Enter the Subdomain in the respective field. If the Sage HR URL is https://abc.sage.hr/, then abc is the subdomain.

Step 4: Click Next to proceed.


Step 5: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
