Integrating BambooHR with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the accounts.   

Key benefits

When you integrate Josys with BambooHR, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, and timestamp of last login. 

Note: Josys supports multiple BambooHR integrations.

Prerequisites

Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

• A BambooHR admin account
• The Subdomain and API Key
• The ESSENTIALS or ADVANTAGE plan

Locating the API Key 

Step 1: Log in to BambooHR using an admin account. Go to the User Profile menu and select the API Keys.

Step 2: Click Add New Key.

Step 3: Provide a name for the API key and click Generate Key.

Step 4: Copy the API Key to use it later in the integration steps and click Done.

Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select BambooHR from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. 

For example, if the URL is https://josystest.bamboohr.com, then josystest is the subdomain.

Step 3: Enter the API Key field copied in the previous section. Click Next to proceed.

Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
