Copper CRM Integration

Integrating Copper CRM with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the accounts.   



Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with Copper CRM, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, and teams. 


Note: Josys supports multiple Copper CRM integrations.



Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Copper CRM admin account
  • The API Token Owner's Email and API Token.
  • A Basic, Professional, Business plan.


Locating the API Token Owner's Email and API Token


Log in to Copper CRM using an admin account. Click Settings and select the API Keys from Integrations. Click GENERATE API KEY. Copy the Email and API key for later use in the integration steps.



Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Copper CRM from the App Catalog in the Apps section.


Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification, API Token Onwer's Email, and API Token copied in the previous section. Click Next to proceed.


Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
