Mixmax Integration

Integrating Mixmax with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage user accounts.   



Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with Mixmax, you can

  • View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, group name, timestamps for the user's account creation, invitation sent, and acceptance for accessing analytics, templates, sequences, and other resources. 
  • Perform actions: Add and delete a user account.


Note: Josys supports multiple Mixmax integrations.



Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Mixmax admin account
  • An API Token
  • A Group Name
  • A Free, SMB, Growth, Growth+CRM, or an Enterprise plan.


Locating the API Token


Step 1: Log in to Mixmax using an account with admin privileges. 


Step 2: Navigate to the Settings in the navigation menu. Select Integrations under the Personal tab. 


Step 3: Scroll down to find the API and click Create Minmax API Token. 



Step 4: Copy the API Token to use later in the integration steps and click OK.





Locating the Group Name


Step 1: Log in to Mixmax using an account with admin privileges. 


Step 2: Navigate to the Groups in the navigation menu. Copy the Group Name to use later in the integration steps.





Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Mixmax from the App Catalog in the Apps section.


Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field

Step 3: Enter the Group Name and API Token copied in the previous sections in their respective fields and click Next to proceed.


Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
