Integrating Nicereply with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Nicereply, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, and timestamps for the user's account creation.
Note: Josys supports multiple Nicereply integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Nicereply admin account
- An API Token
- A Starter, Essential, Growth, or Business Plan.
Locating the API Token
Step 1: Log in to Nicereply using an account with admin privileges.
Step 2: Navigate to the Account in the navigation menu and select the API Tokens.
Step 3: Provide a name for the API Token and click Create.
Step 4: Copy the API Token to use later in the integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Nicereply from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field.
Step 3: Enter your Admin account login email in the respective field.
Step 4: Enter the API Token copied in the previous section in the respective field and click Next to proceed.
Step 5: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
