Barantum Integration

Integrating Barantum with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage the user accounts.   



Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with Barantum, you can

  • View: List of user accounts, including their status and roles.
  • Perform action: Send an email to another user.


Note: Josys supports multiple Barantum integrations.



Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Barantum admin account
  • An API Token
  • CRM Sales, CRM Services, Professional, or an Enterprise plan



Locating the API Token


Step 1: Log in to Barantum using an account with admin privileges. 


Step 2: Click Settings and then select Developer Integration.



Step 3: Click the API Key.



Step 4: Select the Expiration period option, then click Generate Token. Copy the API Token to use later in the integration steps.




Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Barantum from the App Catalog in the Apps section.


Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field. Enter the API Token copied in the previous section and click Next to proceed.


Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
