Integrating Clinked with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage the user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Clinked, you can
- View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, timestamp when the user is last active and two-factor authentication status.
- Perform actions: Add and Delete a user account and send an email to another user.
Note: Josys supports multiple Clinked integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Clinked admin account
- The Host, Email, Password, and Authentication Code.
- A Lite, Standard, Premium, or Enterprise plan
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Clinked from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field.
Step 3: Enter the Host in the respective field. Your login URL serves as the host.
For example, if your login URL is https://abc-dev.clinked.app/, this URL serves as the host for your Clinked instance.
Step 4: Enter the Clinked Admin account Email and Password in the respective field.
Step 5: Enter the Authentication Code you received in your Gmail account, the same one you used to register the Clinked app, and then click Next to proceed.
Step 6: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
